Materials:

Tips:

1. The dough for making date bread should be a little harder than usual, and must be kneaded for a longer time so that the finished product is steamed smooth and white.

2. Don't ferment the date flower buns too quickly, so you don't need to heat the steamer or pour hot water on them.

Fancy red date steamed buns are processed with hairy flour, and the steamed buns made are lovely and jujube-scented
