1. First prepare a basin of water, and then put 3 tablespoons of salt in the basin. See the picture below for details.
2. Next, you need to wait until the fresh pig blood coagulates before cutting it into pieces with a knife. See the picture below for details.
3. Then wait for the water in the pot to boil to 80 degrees, add the blood clots, cover and simmer over low heat for 30 to 40 minutes.
4. Finally, take it out of the pot, wash it and soak it in cold water. The pig blood is completed, as shown in the picture below.
