Exercise:
Stir-fry the lean meat marinated in advance, and then pour in the lotus root.
Add salt and soy sauce. Add a little water and simmer for about 5 minutes. Add onion and stir well. Stir-fry minced garlic, pour in loofah, add some salt and stir well. Pour in a little water and light soy sauce, and simmer until the loofah becomes soft.
