Steamed marlin:

Fish remove the gills and belly (usually buy the fish will help you remove), wash, sprinkle some salt marinade for 10 minutes and then clean.

Place the fish on a plate and add soy sauce and monosodium glutamate (MSG) (I usually don't add it). Boil water in a pot, add fish and steam.

Steam the fish while preparing some ingredients, green onions, ginger, chili pepper all cut into julienne, into the salt water to soak.
