Steps
1. Wash the Spanish mackerel by removing the internal organs.
2. Cut into pieces of about 2 centimeters.
3. Heat oil in a hot pan.
4. Add the Spanish mackerel pieces.
5. Stir-fry until the surface of the fish is browned.
6. Add sugar.
7. Stir-fry for one minute.
