Lily fried fish balls
Ingredients
Lily? 200 grams
Fish balls? 100 grams
Oil? 1 gram
Salt? 1 gram
Onions? 2 grams
Method
1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Peel and wash the lilies, and cut the fish balls and green onions.
3. Blanch the lilies and set aside.
4. Heat the oil in the pot and sauté the shallots.

6. Add lily and stir-fry.
7. Add salt.
