As we all know, Phoenix Mountain in Chaozhou is the hometown of oolong tea in China and the origin of Fenghuang single fir tea. The tea strips are heavy and tight, with dark brown and oily color, golden soup color, rich aroma and mellow taste. It takes about 15 days to refine the raw tea after Qingming, and then it can be marketed after annealing and ripening.
2. The Eight Immortals in Song Dynasty
It is to select cuttings from the single parent tree "Dawuye", use the long branch asexual propagation method to survive, and then plant them in tea gardens with different natural and geographical conditions. When they grow up, they all maintain the excellent characteristics of the original parent tree, just like "Eight Immortals crossing the sea, each showing its magical powers", each with its own characteristics, so it is called "Eight Immortals Tea". The finished tea strips are tight and straight, bigger than other dancong tea, dark brown, oily and shiny, golden in color, sweet and refreshing, and obviously fragrant with lilac.
3. Song Zhongzhi Lanxiang
One of the four famous plants of the Song Dynasty that survived in the Phoenix Mountain system, there are two mother trees of the old plant * * *, which have elegant fragrance, delicate fragrance of Zhilan flowers, mellow and refreshing taste, strong resilience, bright orange color of soup, extremely resistant to brewing, and have obvious "special rhyme" of the old mountain plant.
