Steps
1. Soak the red beans and agar in advance and cook the red beans in a pressure cooker.
2. Heat the cooked red beans in a saucepan along with the red bean water, sugar (or icing sugar), coconut milk and softened agar to melt the agar, the ratio of agar to water is roughly 1:50.
3. Fill the grinder with the slightly cooled coconut red beans and refrigerate for a few minutes.
4. When the shape is set, remove the mold, if you are afraid of not good release, you can apply a little cooking oil in the mold.
