Buy a pineapple: First, go to the supermarket to buy a pineapple, regardless of its size, but it depends on the quality of the pineapple. Generally, pineapples with better varieties are similar in shape to cylinders or short ellipses with slightly pointed ends, and their sizes are relatively symmetrical, so the quality of pineapples is better.
02
Leaf-cutting crown: the head of pineapple, the part with leaves, is the most nutritious. Cut off the pineapple head with a sharp blade. Remember not to cut your hand when cutting, and don't bring pineapple pulp, because the crown of pineapple pulp is easy to rot when cultivating.
03
Remove the leaves at the bottom: remove the leaves at the bottom of the leaf crown, and then expose the roots of the leaves. Remember not to get wet. If there is water, please dry it and proceed to the next step. This pineapple cultivation process is not easy to get sick.
04
Prepare a clean and transparent cup, any cup can be used, and the soda bottle you drink can also be used to observe the growth of plants and put pure water in it.
05
Put the cut leaf crown into a cup filled with water, and soak the roots in water for about 3 cm, so that the roots can grow and develop in contact with water. The growing environment also needs attention. Put it in a well-ventilated and bright place, preferably with sunshine.
06
When the canopy grows well, it will take about two to three weeks to find the roots grow in the water, which means that the pineapple has survived and can be cultivated in the future.
07
It takes about six to eight weeks to prepare soft soil, cultivate leaf crowns into the soil and keep the soil moist. Don't water too much fertilizer, plants will decompose easily if they can't absorb it.
08
Put the pineapple in the soil and wait for 2 months, then you can wait for the pineapple to mature.
Special tips
After pineapple grows in the soil for a week, it can begin to see the sun. The more sunshine, the better.
Use heavy soil or over watering, which will lead to fungi and rot.
Planting in winter must be heated, and pineapple is easy to deteriorate if the temperature is too low.
When the pineapple head is soaked in water, the water will turn yellow slowly. Pay attention to changing water regularly, usually once a day.
