2. Stir-fry the cooking wine for fragrance, add soy sauce, salt and chicken essence, and add dried Chili or curry powder if you like spicy food.
3. Add boiling water until the steak is less than half, and bring to a boil. Put the whole onion in the bottom of the pan, three or four.
4. Pour in the fried steak, add the stew seasoning, stew for an hour and a half on high fire, and then simmer for an hour until the meat is cooked and rotten.
