1. Ingredients: 300 grams of sea cucumber, 40 grams of green onions, 30 grams of salt, 35 grams of light soy sauce, 50 grams of sugar, 15 grams of cooking wine, 20 grams of ginger, and 80 grams of water starch.
2. Soak the sea cucumber in cold water, remove the belly and wash it, and wash the green onions.
3. Cut the sea cucumber into small pieces and blanch it in water. Add ginger and cooking wine to the water.
