The finished product is sweet and thick juice, rich in fragrance, bright in color, delicate in meat quality, moderate in hardness and sweetness, and very delicious.
Its sugar content is 58 ~ 63%, and 70% is dry. Chemical additives were listed in the royal cookbook in the early 1960s, and then different flavors were made according to different ingredients, such as nectar additives, bamboo salt additives, cream additives, fruit juice additives, salt salt additives, orange C additives, malt additives, fruit flavor additives, Pei-Mui Chan additives, honey additives and so on.
