After the water is boiled, add the side dishes cut in advance, turn them with a spoon several times to make the ingredients evenly heated, blanch them for 2 minutes, and pour them into a colander to control the water.
Add cooking oil to another pot, pour it out after sliding the pot, and then add a little cold oil. Hot pot will cool the oil, so the ingredients will not stick to the pot easily.
Add onion ginger, aniseed and pork belly, stir-fry a few times, stir-fry until fragrant, then pour in cabbage, stir-fry quickly for a while, add 5g of bean paste, stir-fry until it melts, pour in a little bright oil from the pot, and stir-fry evenly.
Then pour in the blanched side dish, stir-fry it for a few times, add a proper amount of water, pour in tofu blocks, add 3g of salt, 2g of chicken powder 1 g, 2g of pepper, 2g of white sugar 1 g to freshen up, and color it with soy sauce. After boiling the soup, add 3g of extremely fresh flavor, boil over high fire for 2 minutes, and pour in vermicelli.
Stir-fry evenly, continue to cook for one minute, pour in a little sesame oil, then turn off the heat and put it into the soup pot.
