Materials
300 grams of iron yam, 5 string beans, 150 grams of chicken breast, a little garlic powder, a little ginger powder, a little pepper powder, white powder, pepper powder, salt, 5 tablespoons of sweet and sour sauce.
Working Methods
1. The first thing to do is to peel and cut the bought iron yam into cubes; blanch the string beans in boiling water with salt until they are green, and put them in a bowl for later use.
2. Wash and drain the chicken breasts, cut them into bite-sized pieces, scrub them well with salt, pepper and cornstarch, and then blanch them in boiling water for about 1 minute. Drain and set aside.
3. Heat a wok, pour in a moderate amount of oil, add the diced yam from step (1), deep fry until all sides are colored, lift up and set aside.
4. Stir-fry minced ginger, garlic powder and chili powder in step (3), then add chicken breast and sweet and sour sauce in step (2) and stir-fry until flavorful.
5. Add string beans from step (4) and stir fry.
