Scallion Oil Thousand Sheet Shreds
Materials: one tofu skin, two pieces of scallion, a little dried chili, four spoons of Lee Kum Kee's soy sauce, two seasonings;
Practice
1. Cut the tofu skin into shreds, scald it with boiling water for a minute, remove it from the pot and submerge it in cold water, and then remove it from the pot and drain it to put on a plate.
