Buckwheat noodles in Wulanchabu City, Inner Mongolia, and noodles in jia county, Henan Province are also well-known, similar to noodles in Quwo, Shanxi Province. Noodles are also common in Datong, Shanxi, Handan, Hebei, central and western Inner Mongolia, eastern Gansu and Yanchi, Ningxia.
