1. Wash lotus seeds, red beans and coix seed with water and soak for half an hour (soaking saves the time of cooking porridge later).
2. add a proper amount of water to the pot and bring it to a boil (porridge cooked with boiling water will cook faster and will not stick to the pot).
3. add the soaked lotus seeds, red beans and coix seed.
4. Cook over high fire for half an hour, then add the washed glutinous rice (lotus seeds, red beans and coix seed are harder to cook, and then put the glutinous rice in order to cook them synchronously).
5. Cook for half an hour on medium heat, and start stirring with a spoon (stirring with a spoon can make the porridge cook more evenly and thicken it).
6. Boil out the sticky feeling, and serve immediately. Ingredients: about 1 unintentional lotus seeds, 25g coix seed, 15g red beans and 15g glutinous rice.
