Practice 1:
Put the cured meat in a bowl, add cornstarch and mix well.
Heat the salad oil in a hot pan, add the cured meat and stir-fry over medium heat until white, then add all the seasonings and stir-fry briefly to bring out the flavor, add the water and cook for about 2 minutes, remove from the heat and set aside.
Practice 2:Wash the vegetables cut into 0.5CM wide thin strips, fresh shrimp shells and leave the tail, take out the back of the shrimp intestines washed and drained, fresh shellfish washed, scallions cut into scallions, garlic chopped, red chili peppers deseeded.
Over high heat, boil water and add noodles to cook, drain and mix in a teaspoon of oil to prevent the noodles from sticking.
