Generally, Sini decoction is used to reduce yin and benefit, and Baitong decoction is used here because the strength of Sini decoction is insufficient at this time; At the same time, yang deficiency and cold are abundant here, and yang deficiency and inhibition, so the pulse is not only slight, but also heavy. Sini decoction can only support yang, but not break yin.

This purgative benefit is the same as the purgative benefit of Pueraria lobata Decoction. Shaoyin disease is also a symptom. If purgative benefit appears as a symptom, it is still a reaction to express the solution. Scallion is an antiperspirant, and together with dried ginger and aconite, it can cause sweating of exterior syndrome of shaoyin. In clinical practice, if there is exterior syndrome and there is no sweat pulse floating tight, use pueraria decoction; If the sweating pulse is weak, use Guizhi decoction; If there is yin syndrome, the pulse is fine and there is exterior syndrome, use Baitong decoction. Of course, if there is no exterior syndrome, you can't use Baitong decoction. This is a sweaty recipe, and lobster sauce with onion is the onion soup to relieve the exterior.

According to the prescription, this is due to the combination of shaoyin and Taiyin, and the symptoms and signs of shaoyin are difficult to understand. At the same time, Taiyin has deficiency and cold, and the pulse should be weak and late, slightly floating. Scallion can relieve sweating and warm yang, and ephedra is not used because it does not warm yang. This syndrome is cold, so it is not mild, and aconite is used.
