One is eaten raw. Wash the fresh elm, add sugar, taste fresh, tender, crisp and sweet, and have a unique flavor. If you like salty food, you can put salt, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, Chili oil, chopped green onion and coriander in a quiet study.
