Clear Soup Noodle Recipe
Ingredients: ham hock, egg, baby bok choy, noodles
Practice:
1. Soup base: shrimp skin, chopped green onion, a spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful of vinegar, a spoonful of sesame oil, half a spoonful of salt, a half a spoonful of chicken essence
