Heat oil in a wok, add chopped green onion and Jiang Mo, add crab meat and crab roe, stir fry, pour in egg liquid, add water, cooking wine and salt, and stir fry until the eggs are cooked.

Wash the crab meat of Su Xiege's hairy crab, beat two eggs, and cut the onion and ginger into powder for later use. Put some water in the pot, pour in 1/5 crab meat from Su Crab House, add some yellow wine, salt and vinegar to taste, and thicken it with raw flour after boiling.
