Bergamot has high nutritional value. Generally, about 300g of fresh bergamot can be taken directly, cleaned and cut into filaments for later use, and seasonings such as onion, ginger and salt can be prepared. When the pan is hot, add an appropriate amount of oil to heat it. When the oil is hot, add the scallion and pepper to stir fry until fragrant. Then add the shredded bergamot and stir fry. When it softens, add an appropriate amount of edible salt to taste and serve.
2, soak in water to drink
Because the raw bergamot may have a slight bitterness, you can soak it in water with honey in order not to affect the taste. Wash the bergamot, slice it and dry it, take a clean glass jar, add the dried bergamot, then pour in a proper amount of honey, and drown the bergamot. Seal the jar mouth with plastic wrap and put it in the shade. After one or two months, you can take a proper amount of bergamot honey water and a proper amount of warm water and drink it evenly, which can play a good role in moistening the lungs and relieving cough.
3. Boil water
Take a proper amount of bergamot, clean it, cut it into pieces, put it in a casserole, add a proper amount of rock sugar and two large glasses of water, cover it and cook it. After the water boils, turn it to a low fire and simmer for about 40 minutes, then turn off the fire. Eating soup and pulp can better absorb the nutrients in bergamot fruit and moisten the lungs.
4. Cook porridge
It is also a good choice for bergamot to cook porridge. Cut a clean bergamot into small granules, which can be chopped according to your own taste, then take appropriate rice and wash it and add it to the pot. Add a little crystal sugar and a certain amount of water to the cut bergamot, boil it with high fire and turn it to low fire for about half an hour. When the porridge is sticky, turn off the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes, and let it cool slightly.
