Ingredients: 200 grams of ribs, two eggs, ginger and onion.
Seasoning: Laoganma Chili oil, Jiang Ji sweet wine bean curd, salt, soy sauce, vinegar, star anise, pepper, cinnamon and Amomum tsaoko.
Exercise:
1.? Mix starch with water, add ribs, soak for 20 minutes, and remove blood.
2.? Laoganma chili oil, Jiang Ji liqueur bean curd, salt, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger and onion, each in a proper amount, marinate for 30 minutes.
