2. Divide the filling evenly into 18 portions, each portion is wrapped in a wonton skin, the protein is coated around the wonton skin, and then the wonton is folded diagonally.
3. Coat a shallow dish with a little oil, put wonton on it, steam it in boiling water for 10 minutes until wonton is cooked, and dip it in seasoning for food.
matters need attention
Wonton can be cooked by steaming it in boiling water, or by adding soup to cook it. If you use the soup to cook wonton, you can soak it in water first, rinse off a thin layer of powder on the skin and then cook it. When you eat it, wonton will be more fragrant, smooth and refreshing.

Soybean milk shrimp wonton
