Step 1
Process the mussels: Place the mussels on a cutting board and remove both shells with a knife. Separate the mussels from the meat and wash them with water. How to make raw mussels ?
Separate the mussel shells with a knife, and throw away the rounded innards in the center

Clean them and set aside
This part is not suitable for raw food, but suitable for porridge, so take some of them separately

Garlic Elephant mussels

How to make garlic mussels ?

Tips
