Korean sake is an alcoholic beverage. The main raw material is rice, usually with wheat, barley or sweet potato. The earliest known brewing time is around 1300.
Korean sake is characterized by fresh entrance, refreshing taste and low irritation, which is suitable for barbecue and raw seafood. Almost all Korean sake is a round green bottle of 360ml (only Xiwan shochu has a square bottle of 375ml), which is also the image of Korean sake that can be seen very frequently in Korean dramas. Undeniably, Korean dramas have played an indelible role in the promotion of Korean sake in China.
