2. Sausage, cooked corn and diced seaweed. Put oil in the pot and boil it to 60% heat. Add the diced sausage and stir-fry for two minutes. Take it out and set aside.
3. Break up shredded radish, add fried sausage, corn and dried seaweed and stir well, then add glutinous rice flour and sticky rice flour, add salt and sugar and stir well to make radish cake dough.
4. Take a rectangular straight container, evenly spread a little oil on the inner wall, pour the radish cake dough into it for compaction, and then take the dough out upside down.
5. Make water in the steamer. After the water is boiled, steam for 30 minutes. After cooling, cut into pieces of 1cm, fry with low fire and color on both sides.
