Pork belly 1 piece
7 spiral peppers
Half an onion
garlic clove

A small piece of ginger

Method for frying meat with cumin pepper
Chop onion, ginger and garlic, and chop ginger for later use.
Slice pork belly, add cooking wine, soy sauce, starch, ginger and onion in several times, mix well, then add cumin powder and marinate for 10 minute.
This is ground cumin powder, which is super fragrant.
Remove the white seeds and roots from the washed snail pepper, pat it and cut it into sections.

1. Choose a better cumin powder and add it twice, once for the meat part and once before going abroad, so the taste will be richer.
