Ingredients: Small fish (small grass carp can also be used) Flour, onion, ginger, garlic, coriander, red pepper, salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, small fish pot stickers. Wash and drain the small fish, fry in 70% hot oil pan until the surface becomes crusty. Set aside and mix with flour and water.
Make the dough, slightly soft and thin, not too hard. Preheat the pot and add a spoonful of water to cover the dough. Divide the dough into many small pieces. Flatten them and stick them around the edge of the pot. Do not get close to the bottom of the pot. Boil the water and add it to the pot.
Pour the fried small fish into the pot with 1 tablespoon of oil, add light soy sauce, red pepper, and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant. Add 2 tablespoons of water, cover the pot and start simmering. When the fish is cooked, remove from the pot.
