1. Jiang'an spicy jelly: Jiang'an spicy jelly is a traditional street snack in Jiang'an County, Yibin City, Sichuan Province. In spring and summer, vendors pushing food carts can always be seen selling food along the street, and it is very popular among Jiang'an people.

Spicy jelly has been transformed by chefs and has become a formal dish and served at banquets.

2. Thread wrapped coke cake: clear silk pattern, brown color, crispy skin, delicious filling, and rich Sichuan flavor.

Cooking method: Fry.
