Ingredients: 4 crabs, 1 sliced ginger, 1 sliced onion, 1 spoon soy sauce, 2 spoons balsamic vinegar, 1 spoon sesame oil, 1 spoon sugar and 1 clove garlic.
Steps:
1. Wash the fresh crabs with clear water, and brush the crab claws and pliers several times, especially the Mao Mao on the crab legs and pliers. As shown in the figure below.
