Luncang Village is the resident village of Luncang Town People's Government. It is located in the western area of Nan 'an. Xixi is a tributary of Jinjiang, winding from the north, about 15km from Nan 'an in the east, facing Yuan Mei Village across the river in the north, facing Du Ying Town in the south and Anxi County, which is known as the "tea capital" in the west. Geographical location is very important. Provincial Highway 308 runs through the village and is the only place between Nan 'an and Anxi. Luncang Village Committee was formed by the merger of Lunwei Township and Gucang Township, hence the name "Luncang". During the Republic of China, it belonged to Luncang Fort. After liberation, it became Luncang Township. 1958, luncang brigade was established. 1984 was renamed as luncang village Committee of luncang township, and 1985 was renamed as luncang village Committee of luncang town. Now the village has a population of more than 7,300, making it the largest village in the town. It has jurisdiction over natural villages such as Tangjun, Yuanmeidu, Gucun, Xincun, Youyuan, Loumeizhai, Weidao, Official's Son, Tailingjing, Qianpugan, Xinlu, Gezaiwei, Shepu and Pubian, and 17 villagers' groups. With the development of economy, at present, the hardening rate of cement pavement of village road in Luncang Village has reached a quite high level, the traffic facilities are gradually improved, the communication network is improving day by day, and the telecommunications business covers the whole village. Luncang Town is famous for its plumbing and sanitary ware industry. As the resident of the town government, Luncang Village plays a leading role. At the beginning of the reform and opening up, Luncang Village established a large number of plumbing valve enterprises by taking advantage of local advantages. With the deepening of reform and opening-up, township enterprises continue to grow and develop, the industrial chain continues to extend, the economic strength continues to increase, and water heating valves and sanitary ware gradually move towards large-scale operation. In recent years, under the leadership of the superior departments, the "China Water Heating City" has been built along the 308 provincial highway, forming a certain scale market and becoming a window to display the valve industry of Luncang. At present, the second phase of plumbing city and food city are also under construction planning. China Water Heating City: integrating the exhibition and trading of water heating, sanitary ware, industrial valves and other products. The completed Phase I project covers an area of 182 mu with a building area of 92,800 square meters. At present, 2 1 1 enterprises have registered, with a total investment of 228 million yuan. The planned land for the second phase of the project under construction is 350 mu, and the land acquisition and leveling have been completed. The main projects are: technology research and development center, warehousing logistics and hotel service industry. After the completion of the second phase of the project, the functions of China plumbing city are basically perfect, which will effectively promote the development and growth of Nan 'an plumbing industry cluster.

Luncang Village is adjacent to Lian Meng Village, Caixi Village, Dayong Village, Yuan Mei Village, Dayu Village, Fufu Village, Jiaokeng Village, Huangjia Village, Huang Hui Village and Houcun Village.

On September 1 day, 2020, Ali Research Institute announced Taobao Village in 2020, and Luncang Village was on the list.

There are tourist attractions such as Shanmei Reservoir Water Conservancy Scenic Area, Fengshan Temple, Ye Fei's hometown, Nan 'an Anzheng Success Memorial Hall and Ling Ying Scenic Area near Luncang Village, and there are specialties such as Penghua mustard tuber, Quanzhou longan, Shuguang sweet potato, Shi Ting green tea and Nan 'an Shitingqing.
