Barbecue pork belly marinated recipe
1. Prepare pork belly.
2. Prepare the required seasonings.
3. Mix fennel seeds, sage, rosemary, red pepper, garlic, salt, sugar, black pepper, lemon zest and olive oil to make marinade.
4. Share a little tip: briefly fry the fennel seeds in a dry pan over medium heat to enhance the flavor. Fennel seeds will cook quickly, be careful not to burn them. Mix the seasonings evenly and set aside.
5. Apply marinade to the entire pork belly, including the sides and skin. Place the marinated pork belly skin side up on a baking sheet, cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator overnight.
