Don't buy snacks in the New Year, share 5 kinds of homemade snacks, which is simple, delicious and nutritious, and is loved by all ages!

The first type: Shaqima

Ingredients: 1 50g flour, 2 eggs,1g baking powder, salt, sugar, raisins, walnuts, nuts, white sesame seeds and corn starch.

1. Add 1 50g of flour, 2 eggs, 1 g of salt and1g of baking powder into the basin and mix well, knead into smooth dough and stir for 40 minutes.

2. Sprinkle some corn starch on the chopping board, put the dough on the chopping board, roll it into dough with the thickness of 1-2 mm with a rolling pin, then roll it up with a rolling pin, cut it with a knife, cut it into strips with a width of 0.5 cm, sprinkle a proper amount of corn starch, grab and mix it evenly, put it in a hot oil pan, fry it until it floats, and take it out immediately.

3. Take another pot, add appropriate amount of white sugar and water, and cook on low fire until it swells and bubbles. Put the fried noodles into the pot, add raisins, walnuts, white sesame seeds and nuts, stir them evenly with a shovel, put them into an oil-coated mold, flatten them, let them cool, and cut them into large pieces for eating.

The second type: cat ears

Prepare ingredients: flour, eggs, brown sugar, white sugar, Chili powder, corn oil.

1. Take two pots, add 200g flour and 1 egg respectively, mix the dough with brown sugar water and white sugar water, stir into flour wadding, add10g corn oil, knead into smooth dough, wrap it with plastic wrap, and roll both dough into 2-3mm with a rolling pin after 20 minutes of proofing.

2. Spread the white dough on the chopping board, coat it with a layer of clear water, then cover the red dough with a layer of clear water, then roll out the dough from one end, cut it into large pieces, wrap it with a layer of plastic wrap, and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

3. Take out the frozen dough, cut it into thin slices, put it in a hot oil pan, fry it until both sides are golden, take it out under oil control, take it out from another pan, add appropriate amount of sugar and water, cook it until it becomes thick, add appropriate amount of Chili powder, stir it evenly, put it in a cat's ear, and stir it evenly again, then serve. Note: Chili powder can be added or not, depending on your taste.

The third kind: stir-fried flowers

Prepare ingredients: flour, eggs, black sesame seeds, salt, sugar and cooking oil.

1. Add 300g of flour, 2g of edible salt, 2 spoons of black sesame, 1 spoon of white sugar and 1 5g of edible oil to the pot, beat1egg, add a proper amount of warm water, stir evenly, knead into smooth dough, stir for 10 minute, and put it on the table.

2. Cut the rolled dough into strips 5 cm wide, then stack them together, cut them into long sections with a knife, take a dough, fold it in half, and cut it into thin strips. Pay attention to leave about 1 cm at the top, and don't cut it off.
