Cooking steps
Prepare ingredients. Mango, glutinous rice, coconut milk, fine sugar, condensed milk, sesame
After soaking glutinous rice for two hours, put half coconut milk and half water into a rice cooker to cook. I use the Fuku rice cooker, and the rice tastes delicious. If you don't want to use a rice cooker, steam it in a steamer for 30 minutes, and the rice will be full and distinct.
Pour the remaining half box of coconut milk into a small pot, add one tablespoon of fine sugar, 0.5g of salt and one tablespoon of condensed milk, and turn off the heat until the sugar dissolves.
After the glutinous rice is cooked, turn off the heat, stew for 5 minutes, remove and cool.
Cut the mango into small pieces, prepare a small bowl, and put the glutinous rice into a compact shape.
Put the small bowl upside down on the plate, put the mango aside, then pour the mixed coconut milk on the glutinous rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds. What I do is the weight of 2-3 people, and parents can choose to increase or decrease the materials according to their needs.
