Silence is an excellent film directed by the cutting-edge director Xin Yukun and starring Song Yang, Wujiang and Yuan Wenkang. The film revolves around Zhang's road to finding children, highlighting the contradictions and conflicts between the bourgeoisie, the middle class and the proletariat, which are constantly degenerating and falling into darkness.

In the cold winter in the north, in a mining town in the north, a shepherd boy walked in the mountains with his sheep and stopped by a shallow river ditch to look into the distance. Two days later, the miner Zhang (Song Yang) learned that his son was missing and hurried home. Three days later, the daughter of lawyer Xu Wenjie (Yuan Wenkang) also disappeared. He picks up the phone and calls the only suspect he can think of-Zhang Wannian (Wujiang), a black-and-white coal boss.
