Because this hill is sandwiched between the old and new districts of the county, it has become the center of Cangnan County and the mountain in the east. Park Road and Yucang Road were completed 1984, and the county government, relevant departments and major banks successively settled in. To the north of the mountain, Binhe West Road was built 1985, and residents moved in one after another. In Shan Zhinan, Qian Shan Road was completed 1986, the Party School of the County Party Committee, Cangnan Middle School and Teachers' Training School were established, and the courts, public security bureaus and armed police forces successively settled in.
As early as July 1986, the supporting facilities of Lingxi Park, Cangnan Park Hill, started construction again, and this time it was aimed at the park hill, which made the desolate Lingxi Mountain full of vitality in this construction, with pavilions and a wide stone paved trail connecting east, west, north and south.
Although the park hill is not big, it is very exquisitely designed. More than a dozen pavilions distributed in the southeast and northwest have different shapes, such as round, square, hexagonal, octagonal, fan-shaped, single-eaves and double-eaves. These elegant pavilions are dotted with flowers and trees in the park.
Today, with the rapid development, there are more and more supporting facilities near Park Hill, which makes Lingxi more lively, and many activities will be held in many festivals, which makes Cangnan culture well promoted.
Park Hill witnessed the development of civilization in Lingxi Town and the development history of Cangnan County moving eastward. Today, Lingxi street presents three echelon distribution areas: the oldest old street in Lingxi is west of Park Hill, which is called "the old man". The first street (Chengzhong Road) to the seventh street (Dongcang Road) east of Park Hill is a block built 20 years after Jianxian County. The building is not high, the road is not wide, the greening is not beautiful, and it is getting old, which can be described as "people reach middle age." The new area of Cangnan County, east of the Seventh Avenue (Dongcang Road), is full of tall buildings, wide roads and beautiful greening, representing the new image of Cangnan City, which can be described as "young people" coming forth in large numbers and full of vigor and vitality.
