Luogei Rou is a traditional Tibetan delicacy, mainly made of mutton, chili, ginger, garlic and other ingredients. The following is a way to make Luo Jirou:
Materials:
-500 grams of mutton
-200 grams of pepper
-Ginger 1 piece
-1 head of garlic
-An appropriate amount of cooking wine
-An appropriate amount of salt
-An appropriate amount of sugar
-An appropriate amount of chicken essence
-An appropriate amount of edible oil
Method:
1. Cut the mutton into small pieces, blanch it in boiling water, skim off the foam, and drain Dry and set aside.
2. Cut the pepper into small sections, cut the ginger into shreds, and mince the garlic and set aside.
3. Add appropriate amount of cooking oil to the pot, add ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
4. Add mutton and stir-fry until the surface changes color.
5. Add appropriate amount of cooking wine and stir-fry until the aroma evaporates.
6. Add chili, salt, sugar, chicken essence and continue to stir-fry.
7. Stir-fry until the mutton is cooked and the pepper becomes soft, then remove from the pan.
