Shitang donkey bar is a delicious Han snack, which belongs to Anhui cuisine. This dish is a specialty of Shitang Town, Feidong, Anhui Province. "Ba" in Feidong dialect means "Jing Ba Ba" and "Donkey Ba" means the lean meat on the donkey. Shitang donkey meat is dark brown, and the texture of meat is clear after cutting. Hot food or cold food can be used (vinegar is not suitable). Cut it into thin slices, put it on a plate and pour a little sesame oil on it. According to historical records, Shitang was an important land in Sui and Tang Dynasties. Due to the aging of long-term service, some businessmen's donkeys were often slaughtered as donkeys in Shitang, so Shitang had this famous dish, which was recommended as a tribute by Bao Zheng in the Song Dynasty.
