Wash the wild rice and sea pepper and drain them (you can put them in the sun until there is no moisture on the surface. Failure to drain them will affect the preservation of the chili sauce and may even spoil it).

3. Clean the cutting board and kitchen knife and drain them. No oil or water is required. Next, prepare to chop the wild rice and chili peppers.

4. Chop the chili peppers and chop the wild rice heads. This process can be completed with a food processor, but make sure the food processor is oil-free and water-free!
