Stir-fried tomato
Ingredients: cauliflower, tomato, oil, salt, sugar, vinegar and ketchup. Method 1. Tear cauliflower into small flowers by hand, soak it in light salt water for more than ten minutes, and rinse it for later use. 2. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces for later use. 3. Pour water into the pot, boil it, blanch the cauliflower for two minutes, and take it out for later use. 4. Pour the right amount of oil into the pot, and stir-fry the tomato pieces when the oil is hot.
Griddle cauliflower
