I recommend J.J. Gallery on Heping Road. Now it is renamed Milan International. Just ask there. It is 50 meters north at the intersection of Heping Road and Youchang Hutong. That's great. A haircut and a perm are really great. I will go every time. Now there are three branches, and each branch has an excellent barber.
