It is the residential garden of a money manager in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China. This manager's name is Li Songling, whose name is Hesheng. A hundred years ago, he opened "Hui" in Zuowei Street (now Guangling Road) in Yangzhou. This house garden was renovated from the old house he bought from Zhu in the second year of Xuantong (191).
