Wuyi rock tea, swallow's nest and cinnamon is a traditional Fujian dish. It uses Wuyi rock tea and swallow's nest as the main raw materials, and is seasoned with onion, ginger, garlic and other seasonings. Finally, some cinnamon powder is added as a decoration.

Preparation method: 1. Brew Wuyi rock tea, remove the tea leaves, and leave the tea juice for later use.
2. Wash the swallow nests and cook them in boiling water for later use.
3. Cut the pork into small cubes, stir-fry with a small amount of vegetable oil until it changes color, then add the chopped onion, ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant.

6. Turn off the heat, sprinkle with a little cinnamon powder and serve.
Tips: 1. Swallow nest contains more protein and colloid, which has the effect of moisturizing and nourishing the skin.
2. During the preparation process, adding tea juice can remove the smell of swallow's nest, making the dishes more fragrant and refreshing.
