1. People who have lived in high-risk areas for 7 days, that is, people who have overflowed from high-risk areas, should be isolated at home for 7 days, and code management should be implemented during this period, and they should not go out. Those who do not have the conditions for home medical observation shall be subjected to centralized isolation medical observation, and 1 time nucleic acid detection shall be conducted on the 0 th, 3 rd, 5 th and 7 th day of isolation respectively;
2. Those who return to Shandong from outside the province must hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and immediately implement "landing inspection" and "3 inspections in 5 days" (with an interval of 24 hours) after arriving in Shandong. Highway traffic stations and provincial service areas implement "voluntary free shuttle service" for the "landing inspection" of migrant workers across provinces. People who go out on roads should take the initiative to detect;
3. Freight vehicles and drivers entering our province along expressways and national highways conduct 1 time nucleic acid detection every day; Stop and go, implement closed-loop management; For those who live locally or stay for a long time, implement service management measures according to the epidemic risk of the route;
4, to enter the province construction sites and other personnel intensive units, check the negative proof of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours. Non-local (with a history of living in other cities within 7 days) personnel who intend to enter the construction site shall be subjected to centralized residence management and health monitoring for 3 days, and those who have negative nucleic acid test for 3 consecutive days and have no suspicious symptoms such as fever can enter the construction site for work.

The health administrative department of the State Council is in charge of the prevention and control of infectious diseases and its supervision and management. The health administrative departments of local people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the prevention and control of infectious diseases and their supervision and management within their respective administrative areas.
Other departments of the people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the prevention and control of infectious diseases within their respective functions and duties.
The prevention and control of infectious diseases in the army shall be handled in accordance with this Law and the relevant provisions of the state, and shall be supervised and managed by the competent health department of the People's Liberation Army of China.
Article 7
Disease prevention and control institutions at all levels undertake infectious disease monitoring, forecasting, epidemiological investigation, epidemic reporting and other prevention and control work.
Medical institutions shall undertake the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases related to medical treatment and prevention of infectious diseases in their areas of responsibility. Under the guidance of disease prevention and control institutions, urban communities and rural grassroots medical institutions undertake the corresponding prevention and control of infectious diseases in urban communities and rural grassroots.
