Let travel change your life.
Food, prayer and love
"Either study or travel, there must be one body and mind on the road."
In recent years, I have been trapped by the epidemic, traveled less, read more books and watched more movies, and my body can't be on the road, so let my mind be on the road.
"Food, prayer and love" is a record of travel and a journey to find self and balance.
Liz is a popular novelist in her thirties. In the eighth year after marriage, she realized that the carefree life now was not what she wanted. Resolutely divorced, embarked on a journey of discovery to Italy, India, Bali, with the help of travel to think about life, find yourself and find balance.
First stop, Italy, food and love.
Fast-paced life often makes people neglect food. Liz, who came to Italy, talked about love with food, gained energy from food and rekindled her enthusiasm for life.
Before leaving Italy, Liz spent Thanksgiving with new friends from other countries. They held hands and said thanks. Some people ridicule, some people are solemn: grateful to family, grateful to relatives, grateful to God. It's Liz's turn She said she was grateful to see a group of happy people caring and helping each other. She was lucky enough to see and participate in it. She was the luckiest person.
Second stop, India, meditation and calm.
After leaving Italy, Liz went to India. She studies mind-body balance and practices meditation in India.
When I first started practicing meditation, every time I just sat down, the past flooded into her, and she felt uneasy and impatient, so she couldn't continue to meditate.
Later, Liz gradually realized that only by facing the past calmly can she find inner peace.
Liz learned to face herself bravely in meditation and tried to listen to her inner voice. At first, she was very upset, but later, her uneasy heart recovered.
Third stop, Bali, imbalance and balance.
"Sometimes, losing balance because of love is also a manifestation of life balance."
Liz returned to Bali, which inspired her to change herself and find herself again, but her inner balance was broken by an unexpected love.
She fled, confused and angry, afraid to return to a chaotic life.
Liz will leave Bali. Before going to the airport, she said goodbye to the witch doctor who inspired her. The witch doctor heard that Liz gave up love, but told her that sometimes losing balance because of love is also a manifestation of life balance.
Finally, Liz accepted this love, and found inner peace and a way to balance true love.
May everyone find inner peace. "Laugh in your face, in your heart, even in your liver."
