The Baishaxi campus of Wucheng Primary School is named after it is adjacent to Baishaxi. According to the "Huanyu Tongzhi" compiled by officials in the Ming Dynasty, Baishaxi was named after the white sand coming out of the stream. Therefore, we first explored the school’s philosophy and campus culture around “the white sand coming out of the stream is like frost and snow”.

Inspired by President Mei Yiqi of Tsinghua University's "teachers and students follow the lobby", we interpret "the white sand from the stream is like frost and snow" - the school is like a stream, the teachers are like water, and the students are like white sand.
