Summer is coming. I recommend a chocolate ice cream I made before. It's a simple step. You don't need an oven, microwave or anything.
1. Beat two eggs into a bowl, not egg whites but egg yolks, and then mash the egg yolks with chopsticks and stir them into thin.
2. pour milk into the pot and heat until the milk bubbles.
3. put the chocolate and thin egg yolk in a pot and heat them together until the chocolate melts into chocolate milk.
3. Pour the chocolate milk into a small bowl, let it cool, and then put it in the freezer for several hours to eat.
Note:
1. The amount of eggs can be increased appropriately, but too much will have a fishy smell.
2. If the yolk is difficult to get out, you can scoop it into another small bowl with a small spoon.
3. remember to stir the egg yolk evenly, or the egg yolk will turn into an omelet when heated.
4. Add chocolate and thin egg yolk after the milk bubbles.
5. You don't need frozen chocolate milk if you want to eat chocolate milkshake. But remember to cool it. It's very hot just after heating.
