Tofu, fungus and pork balls
Ingredients
Northern tofu, fungus, minced pork, egg (one), cooking wine, sugar, light soy sauce, salt, pepper Powder, sesame oil
Method
1. Minced pork (fat 3, lean 7) marinate with cooking wine, sugar, light soy sauce and pepper for 10 minutes
2. Cut the fungus into small pieces and mince it again with the minced pork
3. Crush the tofu with your hands, add the chopped pork and fungus, add an egg and add Salt and sesame oil, stir them all evenly
4. Heat the oil in a cold pan over low heat, use a tiger's mouth to squeeze out meatballs, put them into the pan and fry until both sides are golden.
